Cloud Service Subscription Explained
Our billing system has been redesigned around Cloud Services, which now requires a credit card subscription. All you’ll need to do is enter your details and we’ll manage payments for your whole account at the start of each month.
Existing installations on the legacy monthly service plan will continue to be post-billed for the previous month. New installations on a Cloud Services plan will be pre-billed at the start of each month for the selected plan, and any optional extras.
With Cloud Services, you are in control of when your subscription starts and ends. To select and start a Cloud Services plan, you just need to attach your hardware to a new installation. When you finish your shoot, simply follow the steps to deactivate your installation, and your subscription will cease at the end of month.
Cloud Services is designed so you only pay for what you use, and so plans have total upload quotas. Other services, such as AI Time-lapse Composer videos, additional Photo Forwarding, and increased additional upload data can be purchased as you need them.
