Total Photo Uploads Approaching Limit

Alert Details

Your Total Photo Uploads data will reach its allocated limit soon if no action is taken. Your Total Photo Uploads data allocation is based on your chosen Cloud Services plan.

You can view your remaining Total Photo Uploads data under your installation’s Services tab in Control Hub.

Your best course of action depends on your chosen Cloud Services plan.

If you are on the Pro Shooter, Progress Reporter, or Film Studio plan

You do not need to take any action; your Total Photo Uploads data limit will automatically be upgraded, at $35/month for each additional 250GB.

If you are on the Image Capture plan

You have three options available on the Image Capture plan:

  1. Upgrade to another Cloud Services plan for a higher upload data limit (from 250GB to 500GB).
  2. Change your Config settings in Control Hub so that you are saving to the local SSD instead of uploading.
  3. Do nothing and have your Total Photo Uploads data upgraded, at $35/month for each additional 250G (compare with Cloud Services plan prices, which may be cheaper).

Option One: Upgrade your Cloud Services plan

  1. Login to Control Hub.
  2. Select the desired installation from the Current installation drop-down menu in the top left corner.
  3. Select the Services tab.
  4. Open the Select new Cloud Services plan dropdown menu.
  5. Select the plan which best suits your project and data requirements.
  6. Select the Change plan button.

Option Two: Stop uploading and save photos to the SSD

  1. Login to Control Hub.
  2. Select the desired installation from the Current installation drop-down menu in the top left corner.
  3. Select the Config tab.
  4. Scroll down to Photo File Handling.
  5. Set Files to upload to cloud to none.
  6. Set Files to transfer to SSD to JPEG.
  7. Select Save file handling settings.
  8. Delete all Upload sessions in your weekly schedules.
  9. Click the Save weekly schedules button.
  10. Arrange for yourself or a site contact to collect photos off the SSD at regular intervals.
