No Config Schedule Running Next 7 Days
This alert will only occur on the photoSentinel Tempo and units running APEX firmware.
This alert is generated when the controller determines that no schedule has been configured for the next 7 days.
It is designed to bring to your attention a controller that is currently not expecting to take any photos or communicate with the server, so that you can create a schedule for it, or conclude the operation of the controller if the project has finished.
Possible Event Code Triggers
- Error Code 269 – Controller Operating Without Schedule for Next 7 Days
You can find the triggering event code and when it occurred by viewing the System Messages on the Status page for this installation. System Messages are indicated with an * next to the Status.
- Creating a schedule for the unit will resolve the alert. Read our knowledge base article on Scheduling to learn more.
- As long as the controller is switched on (not off or in Setup mode), has power and an Internet connection (either through Ethernet or SIM data), the controller will automatically attempt to check-in every six hours when no schedule is configured. When a new schedule is created, it will become active on the next automatic check-in.
- If the project that the controller is assigned to has finished, you may wish to conclude the installation. To do this, read our knowledge base article on concluding an installation.
The alert will be marked ‘Resolved’ once the controller provides 10 consecutive status updates with a schedule configured.
If no action is taken, the alert will remain active.
